Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as an employer say that they will recognise staff's efforts and achievements. This year they rewarded the staff by giving them a below inflation pay increase of 2.75%, while the Chief Executive rewarded herself with a 13% increase, this equates to nearly 12 months salary for a nurse.
